BUSINESS ASSISTANTS
BARBARA --- I am the billing and insurance specialist in our office. My job is to facilitate all the benefits our patients are entitiled to from their insurance. I also work out all financial arrangements that allow our patients to pay for the dentistry in a timely and fair way. I am proud to work in an practice that cares about people.
JENNIFER --- I greet patients and facilitate their visit by assisting with their checking in and out. I also manage the appointment scheduling. I have been a life long resident of Little Falls and I am raising my family (two daughters) with my husband Chad here. I am one of the newest members to the staff and find it a pleasure to work in such a friendly atmosphere.
DONNA --- Native of the Island of Guam and now a proud resident of Little Falls. I take care of all the bookeeping. I am proud to be part of this practice that treats all patients with such care and expertise.
CHAIRSIDE DENTAL ASSISTANTS
JOY --LICENSED CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT- I moved to Little Falls from Oyster Bay LI NY 15 years ago. I have an associates degree from Nassau County Community College and a Dental Assisting Certificate from MVCC. I have worked for the Doctors for 14 years. I enjoy working with people, painting watercolors and I especially love to laugh!
MARY ---LICENSED CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT I have worked with the Doctors on and off for 31 years. My work is exciting and challenging. The Doctors treat us like family and we share that feeling with all our patients.
ROBIN --- LICENSED CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT I have lived in Little Falls all my life. I am married and have 2 children. I have worked for the Doctors as a dental assistant for 5 years. It is challenging and rewarding to work in a practice that is family and caring oriented. We treat our patients as we would each other and that makes our patients more relaxed and comfortable.
DENTAL HYGIENISTS
MARY ELLEN --- I have worked for the Doctors for 16 years. I am a graduate of West Canada HS. I received my associates degree in dental hygiene from Broome County Community College. I enjoy my position as a dental hygienist because of the many people I have met and working with them to improve their dental health.
LORI --- I am a graduate of Dolgeville Central HS. In 1986 I received my associates degree in dental hygiene from Hudson Valley Community College. As a mother of 3 children, my life outside the office is being totally involved with them in all their activities.
MARY --- I went back to school as an adult for Dental Hygiene, having previously worked in the medical field,in manufacturing and in retail. In the past 3 years that I have worked with the Doctors, I have found the office to be both friendly and professional. Dental Hygiene has allowed me to meet a lot of people which makes my career interesting and rewarding
JUDY --- As a dental hygienist, I work during the school year in Benton Hall Academy. I provide preventive care and education. During the summer months I help the office care for the children who are scheduled.
